Fiona is out of Snowmass Gold Starz who was one of the highest selling dams ($79K) at the Snowmass 2007 auction. Starz has been a champion maker who at age 7 still has incredibly bright, well defined,fine fleece with biopsy comfirmed density. It is worth the trouble to do an ARI search on her and look at the placements of her offspring in the most competitive shows in the country.
Fiona was shown twice as a juvie,both at barely 6 months and did well, but it wasn't until her second fleece grew out that we appreciated just how spectacular she is. Her superfine fleece literally "glows" and breaks well defined bundles from ears to belly. You have to get your hands into it to appreciate the density. Given her pedigree we think that she can be bred for light/white or color.
