Tereza is a solid, well
conformed girl who has now provided us with 3 strong cria. She is an
easy birther, excellent milker and very protective mom. Her current cria
gained 9 pounds in the first 12 days of life. This is a solid foundation
female.
Her sire Gene Kelly is out of Bonny Doone's McGregor.
She has consistantly been able to facilitate transfer of the sire's
strongest points and every cria has been a very significant breed up,
with solid color. She can be trusted with with the family jewels and as
such should prove an excellent custodian for our star, Guns n Roses',
cria.
She's solid brown, with black points.Her 2004 histogram of 24.9 microns
is not at all bad for a dark brown.
If you are not familiar with Guns n Roses from the show ring, check out
his credentials and pedrigree on out website. It is literally a who's
who in the alpaca registry, with luminaries who have cosistantly
maintained advanced fleece characteristics, and ribboned, well into
maturity. Best of all, he's solid rose grey.
Tereza comes with her female cria (Anna Sophia) out of our El Fuegino
who is producing excellent cria in the 4 that we have seen so far.
